Discovery School's objective is to provide positive "hands-on" learning experiences that foster spiritual, intellectual, social and physical development in preschool children.

Specifically, we offer:

Our Staff

Our staff is carefully chosen, each teacher has experience working with preschool age children. Staff members hold degrees in Early Childhood Education, have a Child Development Associate Credential, or are attending Early Childhood Classes. All staff members are engaged in furthering their skills through Discovery School's requirement to obtain a minimum of 25 annual clock hours of continuing education in early childhood development. All staff members are CPR/First Aid certified.

Our Director, Janet Taylor, holds credentials by the Texas Licensed Child Care Association of Child Care Administrators.

Discovery School meets all Texas Department of Family and Protective Services guidelines for background check.
